From our freshly ground, single origin coffee to start your day, to our menus based on the freshest, locally sourced produce and wine list to match, you can simply put your feet up and enjoy the service! With The Escape’s all inclusive rates, all you need to do is pack an overnight bag – we’ll look after the rest.

BREAKFAST – 8am till 9.30am

Inside the Kitchen or sitting outside on the deck, tuck into local seasonal fruit, bircher style muesli or we’ll fire up the kitchen for eggs to your liking along with all the usual suspects like crispy bacon, sauteed thyme and butter mushrooms and wilted spinach. Don’t forget to ask if our famous French Toast is available – think of a luxury camper-foodie’s delight in one!

LUNCH – 12.30pm till 2pm

Position yourself in a sunny spot on the deck and enjoy the gentle flow of passing kayaks and canoes along the Clyde River, whilst we serve up fresh and seasonal produce. Lunchtime favourites include our green bean and haloumi salad or our luxe camping platter with prosciutto, fresh ham off the bone, brie, sicilian olives and fresh crusty bread!

DINNER – 7pm till late

Whether it’s freshly sourced & shucked Clyde River Oysters, grass fed Milton eye fillet or fresh local tuna, our 3 course dinner is sure to please. Whilst you reminisce the day’s adventures around the campfire, we’ll prepare and serve from our contemporary menu and you’ll truly enjoy the luxury part of camping!

Sample Dinner Menus

Entree – Schezuan prawns with apple, cucumber & wasabi salad
Main – Milton eye fillet, buttered leeks, mash & red wine jus
Dessert – “Very” chocolate cake, balsamic strawberries & vanilla ice cream

Entree – Clyde River oysters, sashimi tuna & onion sand
Main – Barramundi, sage beurre blanc & fennel salad
Dessert – Vanilla bean pannacotta & spiced poached pears
